UNDER SEC-4(1)(B) OF RTI ACT 2005
This is a statutory declaration made by Mahatma Gandhi Sarvodaya Sangh Sanchalit Padmashri Manibhai Desai Mahavidyalaya, Uruli Kanchan on its website pmdcollege.in under SEC-4(1)(B) OF RTI ACT 2005 and rules and regulations implemented by Government of Maharashtra regarding Right to Information.
Our college is a ‘College of Co-Education’ which is run by Mahatma Gandhi Sarvodaya Sangh, Uruli Kanchan registered under Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 (E/31/18/11/1952) and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune (Affiliation No. PU/PN/ACS/182/2002).
Citizens of India can seek information regarding the activities of the college by submitting a written request with details like Name, address, contact telephone number and particulars of the information sought. The duly signed request may be addressed to the Public Information Officer, Padmashri Manibhai Desai Mahavidyalay, Uruli Kachan, Tal: Haveli, Dist: Pune – 412202 along with the required fee of Rs.10/-. Copies of documents will be charged according to the rate fixed by the State Information Commission, Maharashtra.
